Book an event in our natural light filled modern industrial studio for your reception, conference, meeting, birthday party, photo shoot or shower!
For events: A deposit of $100 is required to hold the space until day of event, the remaining balance is due anytime prior to the event. No refunds within 2 weeks of the event, the deposit is non-refundable after this time. A refundable deposit of $75 is also required to cover any damages that may occur during your rental.
*30 minutes before & after is included for setup and takedown but make sure to book yourself enough time if you will need more than that.*
For photoshoots: No deposit required unless you are booking longer than 3 hours. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours to avoid cancellation fee of $25.
(4) rectangular 4'x7' tables and 32 chairs are available for no extra charge. There are 2 bars with 4 barstools at each location.

Instructions for day of event:
- Keys for the event venue are located with the cashier of 1844 Market at 210 S Park. If after hours, someone will arrive to unlock the venue.
- The venue will be clean with extra trash bags. Please collect trash after event. Someone will come to collect the trash from the venue afterward.
- Tabs, or wholesale beverages are available at 1844. They can be picked up, or can be collected from downstairs as required.
-Going over your allotted time will result in extra fees.
